Alejandro Pozuelo reaches 100 appearances for Toronto FC

Toronto FC star Alejandro Pozuelo, represented by Promoesport, reaches his 100th appearance for the Canadian team. The midfielder from Seville arrived in MLS in March 2019 from Belgian side Genk, a team that was playing in European competition at the time.

Since his arrival, Pozuelo has become a key player for his team, as well as being their flagship player. Pozuelo is now in the middle of his fourth season with the Reds and in these 100 games he has accumulated a total of 29 goals and 26 assists.

His performance in Toronto has been excellent and in his second season he was awarded MLS MVP, a league in which he is one of the most prized players. He is also Toronto FC's highest valued player with a market value of 8 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.
