Felipe Melo signs for Fluminense until 2022

The legend continues. After his successful spell in Europe, in great teams like Fiorentina, Juventus, Inter Milan or Galatasaray, Felipe Melo, represented by Promoesport, has come back to Brazil to keep extending his achievements list. After winning two consecutive Copas Libertadores with Palmeiras, the midfielder has been announced with the colors of another historical team of his native country. Fluminense has signed him for a season, until 2022.
Melo gets to the Rio de Janeiro squad free after having completed a great campaign with Palmeiras, both in the Brazilian Serie A, where they finished third, and in the Copa Libertadores, which they ended up raising to the Montevideo skies. The footballer has been involved in most of the games, being important in the distribution –89% of passing success– and fundamental in the defensive end –he has won nearly the 60% of his duels and completed more than three clearances per game–.
