Irene Guerrero is Eagle

Irene Guerrero Sanmartín, represented by Promoesport, is the new player of Club América de México. The 27-year-old midfielder from Seville arrives after a year at Manchester United. 

The Andalusian midfielder crosses the Atlantic to become the new player of Club America Femenil, in what will be the second adventure of the player outside Spain. The player stands out for her great ball striking and arrives at the Mexican club ready to win the league, as in the last one they were 2 points away from winning the championship.

Irene took her first steps in Real Betis, where she was promoted to the First Division being captain of the team at the age of 19. After 8 years at the club, she joined Levante. She later joined Atlético de Madrid and Mancehster United, where she won a women's FA Cup. The greatest achievement of her career came with the Spanish national team, with whom she made her debut in 2019 and in the summer of 2023 she was part of the World Cup winning squad. So, the world champion player is ready to continue reaping great achievements in a new exciting challenge.
