Irene Guerrero signs for Atlético de Madrid

The player represented by Promoesport, Irene Guerrero, has been announced as a new Atlético de Madrid player. The footballer, born in Seville, takes another big step in her sporting career after demonstrating her high level in Levante Femenino. As a Granota player, she has played 27 of the 30 games in the Iberdrola League.
The midfielder began her career in the youth ranks of Real Betis and made her debut with the first team in 2017. After three seasons with the Verdiblanco side, she made a step forward in her career when she signed for Levante Femenino in the 2020/2021 season, her current club until today. As a Levante player she has won a Copa de la Reina and a Supercopa.
Guerrero, at 25 years of age, is a player who has accumulated a lot of experience after 104 games played in the Iberdrola League. She is also a senior international with the Spanish national team, in which she made her debut in 2019 against Brazil. Thanks to her performance, she has earned a place among the 23 regulars chosen by the national team manager.
