Luis Rioja extends his contract with Deportivo Alavés until 2025

Deportivo Alavés has been able to retain one of his main pieces of the last three years. Luis Rioja, represented by Promoesport, has extended his links with the Basque club until 2025. This season he is being one of the most unstoppable players in the team and in the entire LaLiga Santander, so his contract extension is very positive news for both club and supporters.
In the domestic competition, he has disputed every game and got one goal and one assist starting from the left wing, besides delivering nearly a key pass per match. However, further than the numbers, he is a fundamental footballer for the team’s offensive actions. His ability to face –he leads the league in facing the opponent’s defense– and dribble regularly is an effective resource for such a direct and vertical squad as Deportivo Alavés. In the first Copa del Rey game he scored a goal and delivered two assists.
