Rafa Mujica, new player of Al Sadd

The Gran Canarian striker, Rafa Mujica, represented by Promoesport, leaves Arouca FC after a brilliant season and arrives at Al Sadd in Qatar.

Mujica leaves the Portuguese club in style, the striker scored a total of 23 goals in all competitions played; 20 goals in the League, one in the Cup, one in the Conference League and one in the League Cup.

Undoubtedly, being the third highest scorer in the Portuguese league was a real eye-catcher. At the age of 25, Mujica is leaving European football and is now looking to add to his goalscoring record in the Qatari league.

Rafa signed a four-year deal with Al Sadd. The Doha-based club is coming off the back of winning the Qatar Stars League and this is the 17th league title for the club.
