Ecuadorian full-back Cristian Ramirez, represented by Promoesport, was crowned champion of the first division of Hungarian football after a 0-0 draw against Kisvarda, last Saturday for the 29th matchday.

The Budapest club won its sixth consecutive title and now has 35 trophies to its name, making it the most successful club in the competition. And with a 15-point lead over second-placed Paks, Ferencvaros are celebrating a new title with four games of the season remaining on 65 points.

Ramirez returned to the team this season and starred. He made 21 appearances, scored one goal and made four assists. Additionally, the full-back reached six titles with the club, having won the Hungarian Cup in 2015 and 2016, the Hungarian Supercup in 2015 and 2016 and the league in 2016 and 2024.
