//

The Spanish U21 national team qualifies for the European Championship 2023. La Rojita only needed a draw last night to go through, but they decided to go for it and beat Slovakia 3-2 with Alejandro Francés in the starting line-up.  With this victory they go straight to the U21 European Championship and get closer to the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.

Alejandro Francés, represented by Promoesport, began to form part of the U21 national team in September 2021 when he was called up for the European qualifiers. He made his debut and started against Russia and since then he has been part of every call-up, helping the team to qualify.

Yesterday, Francés was in the starting eleven and has played a total of 520 minutes in seven matches. The player who plays for Zaragoza is living a sweet moment in his sporting life and already has his sights set on the call-up for the European Under-21 Championship.
