Brandon Thomas, represented by Promoesport, lifted the Greek Super League after beating Aris in Thessaloniki.
The Spanish striker was one of the stars of this important match that ended with a 1-2 victory. Thomas scored the first goal and also assisted the second. After 30 minutes of the first half, one of his team-mates managed to steal the ball in the middle of the field, to then make an empty pass that Thomas was able to make synonymous with goal, after a slight control and then with his left foot to push the ball into the back of the net through the legs of the goalkeeper.
A few minutes into the second half, Aris were able to score the equaliser. But what they were counting on was a great assist in the 62nd minute. After a break down the left flank, Thomas received the ball and back-heeled the ball to his team-mate, who made a precise shot that left the goalkeeper with no chance.
PAOK Thessaloniki were crowned Greek Super League champions for the fourth time in their history on the final day of the Greek Super League.
This title adds to those previously won in 1976, 1985 and 2019. Brandon scored six goals and three assists over the course of the season, making this his first professional title.
