Bruno Duarte, represented by Promoesport, will compete in the final phase of the UEFA Champions League this season after passing yesterday the last qualifying round.
The Italian-Brazilian footballer has arrived this summer at the Serbian giant, Red Star Belgrade, after some excellent years as a scorer in Portugal. In the Balkans he has fallen on his feet, and in 7 games he has already scored 5 goals.
His first big challenge would be in the Champions League, where his club would start in the last qualifying round after qualifying as league champions last season. Their rival has been the Norwegian side Bodo Glimt, who won in the first leg.
