Diogo Pinto signs for Casa Pia in the Liga Portugal Bwin

Diogo Pinto, represented by Promoesport, is the new signing of Casa Pia AC, recently promoted to the Portugal Bwin League. The Portuguese midfielder has signed with the Lisbon club until 2024, after an extraordinary season with Estrela da Amadora in the Portuguese second division, where he scored 14 goals in 34 games.
This will be Diogo Pinto's debut season in the Portuguese top division. He is a young player, 22 years old, very intelligent on the pitch and with a lot of projection. He joined Sporting CP at the age of 9 and at the age of 15 he moved to Leiria. A year later he joined Benfica's youth academy where he was promoted to Benfica B.
He then decided to start a new adventure in Italy, with Ascoli and Potenza, but returned to Portugal in 2021 with Vilafranquese, until last season with Estrela da Amadora. Diogo Pinto has also been an international with Portugal at youth level, specifically with the U20s.
