Fran Villalba, new Sporting player

Fran Villalba is new player of Sporting de Gijón. The player, represented by Promoesport, arrives on loan from Birmingham City with an option to buy at the end of the 2021/22 season.
The Valencian player has played a key role in LaLiga SmartBank, wearing the UD Almeria shirt for the last two seasons. In the 2018/2019 season, he also played in the silver category, in this case with Numancia.
Villalba is Sporting's fifth signing for next season. Graduated from the Valencia youth academy, the 23-year-old arrives at the red and white club to help in the attack. He brings his great quality, dynamism, vision and, especially, versatility, as he adapts to any position in the attacking area behind the '9'.
